I am trying to understand experiences and positions of minister within our North Texas Ministry Network regarding mixed-gender mentorships among ministers. This survey consists of 12 questions and should take about 5 minutes.

For this survey, the following terms are defined accordingly:
- Mentorship is defined as a relationship in which one minister invests in the personal and/or professional growth of another minister.
- Mixed-gender is when the mentoring relationship consists of a femal minister and a male minister.
- Minister is being used as a broad term to encompass all people with ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God.
